Calan Feed Stations are carefully designed integrate seamlessly into your free stall barn configuration. We also design systems based on breed, size, expected growth, and the volume of feed intake.
We offer configurations to support herds of any size, whether it's dairy, beef, small stock or calves we build it.
A complete Calan Feed Station includes:

Calan Door and Key for animal identification and intake control for each animal

The Calan Fence contain the animal safely in its pen and with the Calan Door mounted it acts as the the barrier between the animal and its prescribed feed.

Calan Feed Containment Systems. We offer a variety of feed containment systems that will be selected based upon your animals and capacity requirements.

Calan Feed Stations can be designed for tie stall or lab facilities. Options include our stationary or Mobile Feed Tubs for feed containment and management ideal for a variety of uses.
Tie Stall or Lab Facilities
Adaptability
We offer design options that increase the flexibility of the system and maximize the space in your facility or on your feed lot. For example we offer the optional Calan High Rise System which gives you the flexibility to lift and store the feed stations safely above the animals and equipment allowing for mixed use of the barn space when the system is not in use.
Or you might choose to install head lockers at some or all feed stations to allow for animal management activities.
We also offer the ability to adjust the height of your fence to adapt to various animal sizes and growth patterns.
